GE Construction Ltd is an accredited Fletchers EQR Repairer, this means we can look after your repairs on your behalf. We supply EQR a fully detailed quote, covering all the areas as detailed in the scope of works completed by the EQC estimator. We submit the quote for approval before starting any work, once excepted we will beginning work on repairing your home.
As part of our services we offer consultancy, project management, or full management for earthquake remedial and recovery work.
We can work either for the client or directly with insurers to provide detailed scoping assessment reports, including repair strategies and recommendations. We can then take this through the process of tender/quotations of contractor selection to engagement of contractors and project manage the works to full completion for repairs.
